This is invaluable as it helps the pupil to develop a good sense of rhythm and intonation. Most of the latter pieces have been extracted from the established horn repertoire. I feel that the keen pupil will want to try these famous solos and have provided versions more friendly to a developing technique.
The brief notes at the end of the book give you a little background to each piece and some idea for interpretation.
